This course includes anatomy and neurology of the pelvic rotator cuff and the muscle systems influence on back, SI, hip, knee and ankle function. Assessment includes analysis of motor control within the muscle system, neuromuscular control via the autonomic nervous system, and functional outcomes in back and lower extremity movement and pain patterns. Assessment and treatment with an emphasis on the integrated synergistic action of the pelvic, abdominal and back muscles in pelvic girdle and low back dynamic stabilization. This neuromuscular treatment approach includes rebalancing exercises using the pelvic rotator cuff and autonomic nervous system to achieve dynamic pain-free movement of the SI and low back.

Treatment includes neuromuscular and therapeutic exercise techniques to reverse muscle dysfunction and pain, A.N.S. rebalancing for optimal muscle performance during athletic events and daily activities and internal muscle alignment to minimize pain. Care Kit included.
